Targeted Nutrition Across the Lactation Cycle

Dairy nutritional demand surges during transition, calving, peak lactation, and seasonal heat stress. Here is how Nutriloom aligns with each physiological window for dairy cows, buffaloes, goats, and sheep.

Dairy Cows & Buffaloes

1. Transition & Pre-Partum (-21 Days)

Negative DCAD balance to prime parathyroid hormone and avoid hypocalcemia / milk fever at calving.

Cows, Buffaloes, Goats, Sheep

2. Fresh Calving & Cleanse (0–20 DIM)

Overcoming acute Negative Energy Balance (NEB), clearing uterine lochia, and preventing retained placenta.

Cows, Buffaloes, Goats, Sheep

3. Early Peak Lactation (21–100 DIM)

Maximum daily liters, high butterfat secretion, bypass amino acid supply, and rumen pH stability.

Cows, Buffaloes, Goats, Sheep

4. Mid-Lactation Persistency (100–220 DIM)

Preventing steep lactation curve decline, maintaining body condition score (BCS), and milk protein synthesis.

Dairy Cows & Buffaloes

5. Reproduction & Breeding Window

Eliminating silent heat in buffaloes, optimizing follicular ovulation, and maximizing first-service AI conception.

Target Formulations:

Cows, Buffaloes, Goats, Sheep

6. Udder Defense & Summer Heat Stress

Cutting high bulk-tank SCC, curing clinical/subclinical mastitis, and preventing summer milk crash >32°C.

Physiological Delivery

The Science of Rumen Bypass & Targeted Bioavailability

In high-yielding dairy animals, ordinary dietary fats and unprotected amino acids undergo rapid microbial hydrogenation and degradation in the rumen. This often causes severe milk fat depression and wastes valuable protein.

Nutriloom formulations employ fractionated palmitic crystallization (LactoBoost 99.5%) and thermal xylose protection (ProLoom 65) that pass through the rumen unaltered. They release directly into the abomasum and small intestine, delivering intact energy and essential amino acids directly to the mammary gland.

Simultaneously, live ruminal yeast (Sc 47) and bioavailable buffers stabilize the rumen pH above 6.2, enabling optimal cellulolytic fiber fermentation and maximum voluntary dry matter intake.
