Nutritional & Clinical Overview
SilaMax Ultra combines rapid-acting homofermentative Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium for an immediate lactic acid plunge (dropping pit pH below 4.0 in 48 hours) with heterofermentative Lactobacillus buchneri which produces acetic acid to prevent heating and mold at the feed-out bunker face.
